CHECKWEIGHER WP-600 MOD IP55  For Pharmaceutical

 

Our stand alone Checkweigher is suitable for small weights 5gram to 600 gram with speeds upto 400 packs per minute and accuracy of +/- 0.25gram at an affordable price even for the smallest company.

The check is obtained through a double load cell system combined with the electronics for the data processing and management. Dynamic weighing of products easy to set-up windows embedded software so even untrained personal will have a basic knowledge.

Construction

 

Infeed conveyor L300mm x 150W with a Stainless Steel frame fitted with a Blue FDA Belt. To adhere to quality regulations. All surfaces are manufactured from Stainless steel.

 

A weighing conveyor, with belt. The modules, having IP65 degree protection, are  supported  by  a  tubular  structure  in  stainless  steel  that  gives stability  to  the  system,  eliminates  vibrations  and  noises  coming  from  the outside. The tubular supporting structure permits quick cleaning and maintenance costs.

All conveyors are driven from a brushless motors which are maintenance free and long life.

The  group,  realized  to  be  coupled  with  rejection  devices  and  containers  for rejected  products  (if  present),  is  equipped  with  independent  motor  managed by  the  Checkweigher  and  is  made  from  a  tubular  structure  in  stainless  steel Separated from the weighing system. - Length: 300 mm - Belt width: 150 mm 

 

Pneumatic Air Blast device

 

To reject products out of the previously set thresholds (in lack or/and in excess) in a perpendicular way with respect to the running direction. The Group, complete with electro pneumatic interlocking, is installed on the outlet Conveyor. 

Various other types of reject system can be fitted to suit the application.
